About Tim Allen, Director
After graduating with a degree in Electronics and Control Systems Engineering, Tim's career has included working at AEG (part of the Daimler Benz group) designing automated control systems for airports, manufacturing industries, retail warehouses and process plants, and working in the product development centre at Nokia, creating global smartphones.
Tim has held a variety of senior roles including Engineering Manager, Competence Development Manager, several Product Management roles and was a Senior Manager for Smartphone Product Management at Nokia. He was a visiting tutor for Foundation Personal Leadership and Team Development, tutoring several hundred senior delegates in both the UK and South Africa.
